NestEdge Refund & Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at NestEdgeHelp@outlook.com. Because our products come from various suppliers and locations, return addresses will vary depending on the product. We will provide the correct return address and further instructions once your return is approved.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and details on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In some cases, we may request photo evidence to help expedite the claim.

Return Shipping Responsibility

If the return is due to supplier error (wrong item, defective, damaged), the return shipping cost will be covered by us.

If the return is due to customer error (wrong item ordered, changed mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
